We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM to store our luggage and explore the area. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and offered early check-in for $50, or the option to wait until noon. We chose to go out for brunch and returned at 12:30 PM. Our room was assigned at 1:00 PM on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It was located next to the elevator and a staff storage/service room. The elevator is quite old, and every time the doors opened or closed, it made a loud, high-pitched noise. Additionally, staff conversations near the room were clearly audible, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, the hotel is good and the location is excellent. However, I strongly recommend that management consider removing this particular room from service or improving its soundproofing, as guests staying there are unlikely to have a good experience.

Room was very clean, only 2 problems, one fridge froze and water pooled on the floor, main light in bathroom was out. When we complained in the am a worker came up but we checked out before things were fixed. Would stay again.

Check in nothing was explained to us about amenities, pool, restaurants. Room was cold and heater very loud. Old soap bar left in shower. Great location and view from our room. No robes or slippers but we knew that. Was impossible to contact hotel before arrival. No emails returned and calling the toll free number we kept getting hung up on. Had to ask for blanket in the room instead of having one in the closet. Loved having a Bible in the room! Very cosy feel to the hotel.

If you are not in the tower but are placed in the 'classic' rooms, they are small and very utilitarian considering their high prices. The restaurants are excellent as is the location which is why we stay here.

Room was clean, spacious and very quiet. Perfect location directly on Las Olas. Housekeeping and front desk were very friendly. Room was ready at 2 pm when we arrived. The bartender and staff at the Boathouse were also great! Sat at the bar and watched the yachts and boats pass by.
