Could not have had a better experience. The staff were so welcoming and accomodating. They assisted us in a really early check in. Their breakfast is a traditional scottish breakfast and was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was nice and offered a cooked breakfast, which was delicious. The only thing lacking was air conditioning in the room, but the window did open for air.

Overnight stay.

Very pleasant hotel clean staff very friendly and breakfast was lovely. Excellent location for a vast amount of restaurants and bars and walking distance to the hydro.

Management clueless

Staff couldn’t do enough to help, the management must be zippy and bungle from rainbow. Clueless with customer service, asked for a deposit, never been asked before, no evening meal, asked for ID, felt for staff as I have never done this before. The management couldn’t spell customer service, won’t be back

Got stuck in Scotland, booked last minute, hotel allowed me a late check in because of train delays. Great breakfast in the morning, looking forwards to passing through next time I'm on that route.
