They need better signage form the parking garage as to where to go for check in. The rooms were fine. Great view. Lots of homelessness on the back side of the property. Nearby dining options weren’t great and very run down. In hotel breakfast was greatly overpriced. Having said all that I’d probably stay there again.

Perfect spot for the jags game over the weekend Lobby is amazing Rooms are average as expected Jville needs some city wide upgrades but this spot was very good with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay and the staff did a great job at making us feel safe, comfortable and welcome. The front desk was helpful to us as we arrived slightly earlier than expected and were able to check into our room just a bit sooner than usual. The Security member “Zeke” was very helpful and polite to my adult son. I also observed his professionalism in action while there was a high profile group here during a concert on 12/14/25. My family and I will definitely consider returning on our next visit to FL.

This is a lovely hotel. The location is beautiful on the water, the restaurants and staff were awesome, the front desk was helpful and friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The pet situation is great too. There is easy access to a nice grass area for the dogs too. I don’t know how we have missed this on our Jacksonville trips but we will be back! Thank you
