Beautiful hotel and my room was comfortable. I had 2 issues. 1)The mini refrigerator did not keep my groceries cold. I had brought a few dietary items with me. I ended up putting them in the ice bucket. They were cold but wet. The other issue was the check in. I did not realize parking was not included. I drove in circles before going into the garage that was actually the $37 a day parking. There was no bag service. The front was so congested you co9uld not even drive through. No cart to bring my luggage in with. It took 2 trips. It was the same at check out. I hauled my luggage across the street in 2 trips to the parking garage. I stayed at the double tree the weekend before and it was not as fancy, but the service was much better, and they were much more accommodating,

Staff were polite and helpful and went above and beyond to put my two rooms together and meet our allergy needs. The hotel is older and needs an update but our room was clean and had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The river view was amazing! Would definitely return!
