Pets are welcome with no deposit required which is a big plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room is clean and the ac keeps the room on the colder side (as I prefer) all day and night.

The trash cans were over flowing all over the ground, there were stray cats everywhere. The grass area is not pet friendly and had glass in it. The room had duct tape holding the floor together, rust all over the shower, brown stains in the toilet. Thin sheet for the bed, and one pillow on a full size bed. The vending machines were sold out. The staff was friendly, the fridge and freezer were ice cold.
