It was noisy/loud, light fixtures were flickering if you could find the light switch. Bathroom door did not lock. Entrance door was broken. It was a place to sleep. But will rethink staying at Marriotts in the future because of the poor condition of the one.

This hotel was conveniently located but is very dated. Bathroom need overhaul. Bonus the market is super convenient. The no airport shuttle thing really disappointed, and had to extend my car rental for a cost.

When I initially checked in my key card wouldn’t allow me entrance to the room, I returned back to the desk and after explaining maintenance went back up to the room. He immediately stated that he had new locks coming in which hadn’t arrived as of yet. He tried to accommodate me as much as he could. I left the hotel to meet up with my Military son, and family one of the main reasons for my visit plus it was my Birthday the day I checked in. Once I returned for the night I couldn’t get in the room again which now my bags are now in there. I went back to the desk and the same young lady I encountered earlier got my bags out, I explained that now I needed a new room since this was going to be a problem that I didn’t want to deal with my entire stay! I felt something could’ve done other than being told I would be given points! I work with vast majority of the Public (Hospital). Word of Mouth is how Businesses stay afloat.

Our stay was 2 nights. Day before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving day, checking out n Black Friday. The staff was very courteous when we checked in that evening. We were gone a 1st floor room which is great when you have kids (13, 10, and 4 year old). First night was good, the room was just what we needed. It was 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Breakfast was good. The had a bagels, cereal, milk, coffee, juice, eggs, bacon, muffins, potatoes, waffle maker, tea and fruit. Front desk was friendly when we asked for 2 extra towels due to being 5 of us and only 3 towels on the room (123). I did use their gym. They had treadmill and weights and overall crank area. It was a little warm on the gym despite the thermostat reading 68. Check out was smooth and easy. Oxana was friendly, greeted you with a smile and the way she helped an older guest who seemed lost showed what a great staff meme we she is. I would definitely book again.
