Nice hotel. Some issues.

There were always tenets in the lobddy talking loud, and playing music loudly. I thought about calling the police. People were also smoking Marijuana. It wreaked of it.

I checked in, made it up to the room, noticed that it hadn't been swept or mopped, and ended up not staying. It also smelled like the room had been smoked in. Lots of people just kind of meandering around the property as well. I didn't feel very safe.

Thanks to Expedia for stepping in — they did their job. The hotel in the other hand: Closed. Abandoned. Unsafe. I arrived at 10:30 PM and found the front desk shut behind a metal screen, no staff, no check-in, just a sign with a phone number that no one answered. I waited outside over an hour. Another couple was also stranded. People were yelling in the parking lot looking for lost children. I never entered the room. I paid for nothing. Even a roadside motel has 24-hour check-in. This place is a joke — and a dangerous one. I have no proof at this is a shelter, but no doubts either. I’m considering legal action. Shame on you!!!! You shouldn’t be operating!!!!
