The bed was horrible! An old spring mattress and I could feel every spring in the morning in my back muscles. I called the front desk and they said no problem. They would we change out the mattrses when we were gone if we had no problem with them coming into our room when we were gone. When we got back to our room at midnight, all of the bedding was thrown into the bath tub and the mattress was not yet changed. We called the front desk and they put us in a room across the hall but we left all of our food and belongings in the other room. The temporary room was very noisy because of it's proximity to the pool and hotel guests (children?) upstairs moving chairs around and tap dancing and tapping their toys constantly on the floor. We called several times the next day to check the status of the mattress swap but it took 3 phone calls and until 7 p.m. to finally do it. We ended up staying 6 nights instead of our original 5 because the hotel finally approved a complimentary night. But guess what! They charged my credit card for the comped night anyway. I called the hotel manager, Robbie, and he could not isdue the credit because I booked through Expedia. He promised to follow up with Expedia but so far no credit has been given.

Worse stay ever. Waited in line at check in for almost two hours, only to finally not get the 2 room type I originally reserved and paid for weeks ago! Management wasn't helpful at all. These guys book you with false room descriptions, and then cheat you when you arrive. I demand a full refund for all the inconvenience our stay was, seriously and they should refund everyone else for that matter, June 6.

I don't want my review to be perceived as negative, but I wouldnt stay here again after my experience. My husband & I arrived on a Friday at 6pm, check in was 4pm. The front desk line was insane; a 1-2 hour wait, possibly longer just to check in, so we left for a few hours. We returned around 11pm & there was only 15 people in line, but it still took 45 minutes to check in, after that, we waited in another line just to get a parking pass. After cheking in, it was after 12am & we went to find Tower 1 Sage, but none of the buildings were labeled. We wandered around, then finally went into the closest building & it was the correct one; we knew it was the right building due to a wet floor sign that had "T1" written on it . The hotel should consider labeling the buildings to avoid confusion & frustration; the buildings all look the same. The room was clean, but had a weird smell & the furniture was very worn. The rooms are apartments with a full kitchen, jacuzzi, washer & dryer, which was great. The bed was horrible & needed to be replaced; it made loud noises anytime you laid down or got up. Our room had a weird noise every few minutes that sounded like a roller coaster, but it was the elevator. I used Expedia's Reserve Now, Pay Later option, & was charged for my stay the day we checked in. After check-out, I checked my bank account & saw that the hotel charged us a 2nd time for our stay. Luckily, after a long wait on hold, I was able to get the extra charge reversed.
