After the trip to get there, it was like arriving at home. You could bring some groceries with you and take advantage of the full size refrigerator. It was clean and comfortable. There's a lot to see and experience here.

Arrive at hotel @ 900am, did a pre-check in & left our bags so we could go attend our event. Came back at 400pm to check in, said our room still needed to be cleaned, Check with front desk every 1/2 hr until 715, said it was going to be another hour I insisted a room and was finally given a room. I was not the only customer having issue. Very very unhappy. Thank you
