Was disappointed checked into my room and the bed was a mess and there was dirty towels in the bathroom and the room smelled like sewage got moved to a second room the couch cushions were all over the place in both suits the cabinets that help the pots and pans were disgusting and the room I slept in smelled like pee and some of the utensils in the room were dirty I was called and told they were trying to figure out a way to get a free brunch or something along those lines for the first inconvenience but was never reached out to again to finalize anything I told the front office about my complaints and was just told I’m sorry about that very disappointing

Room was in great condition. You can hear the people above you and next to you start and stop showers, tubs etc. That was the only thing that was a little annoying. We were trying to sleep at night and the people above us kept turning on and off the tub and it was extremely loud. Kept waking me up.

Always great staying at the Grandview, and have been a loyal customer since day one, the units are still too Mich in the inside however, the building is showing fatigue and not as crisp as once used to be, weed smell all around, elevators sometimes dirty
