The hotel was underwhelming, the pictures definitely made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. The room kinda smelled like rotten eggs and the bed had a dirty napkin inside the sheets. I had to call house keeping to change out the sheets.

I was at this hotel for 6 days & nights for a conference and to be honest, I expected a lot more from this hotel. The facility is fairly outdated in many rooms with parts that need to be repaired or updated. In the room that I was in for the week, the carpet appeared to be well frayed and the drapes were dirty. The conference rooms were constantly cold, particularly during the last 2 days of the conference, even the facilitators commented on how cold the spaces were. The hotel restaurant wasn't capable of handling the large number of conference attendees and although there were several restaurants within a 5 mile walk, most of the adjacent restaurants also seemed to struggle with the capacity of attendees. The larger, public restrooms appeared to be poorly maintained with several instances of seeing water on the floor next to toilets or toilets being out of order. The best thing about this stay was the helpful and positive interactions with some of the hotel staff as they were very friendly. For the cost, I would not be able to recommend this hotel to others.

Great property! Needs some updating. Liked it was quiet and walkable. Not much in the way of shops or eateries, but overall great place!

Check in not so good as without saying anything the guy checking us walked away went behind a closed door? Did not ask for a Handicapped room but was put in one. Only 1 remote of the 2 remotes would turn the TV’s on. Parking was on Level 4 east end of the building and you walk in on 3rd Floor of Hotel and our room was on west end of building 6th Floor. It made for a lot of walking and elevator rides. I could hear the people in next room talking.

Clean plumping needed!

The lobby and most of the main floor smelt of sewage backup for our entire stay. Fully booked hotel so hot water was scarce. Very dated furniture and decor. But everyone we spoke with was very kind and helpful. If only they were plumbers.

The hotel was very hard to navigate and the front desk was not helpful. They gave us a map but didn't even point out where we were. There were several different floors were certain elevators would not reach. To navigate to our room was like a maze.

Elegant property - but cold water shower

Beautiful property in desirable location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and well maintained. The only downside for us was not having hot water for a shower during our 3 night stay. Our room was located on the 6th floor and the lavatories had to run for 10-12 minutes for warm water — never got beyond tepid in the shower. Complete waste of precious resource in the desert.

Nice hotel. Skip the spa.

We booked this hotel for the spa. The day before the appointment, we were called and told the spa amenities were not available but we could still come for the body treatments. The day of, we were told they did not have hot water, so we could only have basic massages. Despite asking for a discount, the couples’ 50 min Swedish massages cost us $360. The room was cold and the tables were not heated. The hotel itself was huge. Valet parking was only $10/day. We were charged $30/day resort fees. It took quite some time to walk to our room but the suite itself was gorgeous. Two rooms with two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the lake. We didn’t try the food at the hotel but did venture out to the village. It was smaller than we expected but the food was good. I would stay again for the large room near the strip but in a quieter neighborhood. But, I would find a different spa in the future.
