Our second time there, and the staff was great, again. Room was nice and beds were comfortable.. we had two rooms. Both TV's in our bedrooms did not function #1216 & #1226 the two bed rooms. A working TV would have been nice as our neighbors were loud. Also, maybe more than on towel per person ???

Very nice room, although we didn't get to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub because it didn't look clean. However, the front desk staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. We also loved the property and will definitely go back.

Would have been 5 stars. But my toilet got stopped up for a few hours and i got locked out my room. Door lock battery was low. Other then that perfect stay per usual. Will definitely stay again no doubt.

Our room got broke in, in a gated resort with security. The door was broken by a kick because the foot print was on the door. A Playstation, controllers, games, beats headphones, backpack, 2 luggages with clothes got stolen. Security came, but took a long time to make a report. Police got called and arrived 2 hours later. I called risk management because they were going to be in charge of telling me about the servilliance camaras and they told me they don't have access to the camaras. Also, that because this was a criminal act their policy would not refund what was stolen. This is not a secure place to stay in. They called themselves a safe place for the family and is not.
