The window I’d broken and doesn’t close properly so let’s in all the noise from outside. Very difficult to sleep because of all the noise, which continued to about 2am!!

Although this hotel is clean I still wouldn't recommend it. Check in was slow. Both the remote for the TV and the hair dryer in the room didn't work. Bed was uncomfortable. Pretty loud traffic and many doors slamming. The breakfast was not great and the staff in the restaurant area were rude. Definitely wasn't worth the price.

Heating in executive suite did not work, so electric radiator provided. Very run down hotel in general. All silver plating on taps and shower in bathroom was completely gone. Looks like original taps, bath furniture etc from 1980s. Windows were filthy. Internet £7 for one day limited to a single device (disables hotspot on phone).

Have stayed in the hotel several times in the past, it is getting more run-down every time and now this was definitely my last time. This time there was an overpowering smell of some cleaning substance throughout the hotel and the bath was leaking water along the floor into the room. Also, there were fire alarms lasting some 5-10 seconds (apparently due to some construction work) on two separate days between 5-7 am. Staff was friendly, but were not able to respond to the complaints in any way. Location is great!
