It is a nice clean hotel and is located in a convenient place close to Newbury Underground. The only lacking thing is presence of proper reputable restaurant within the hotel, however, there are some options available at a walking distance.

Convenient location

Cons: The AC in the room didn't seem to be working
Hotel is fairly modern and convenient to travel any place locally on into London city by underground. Good number of places to eat and shop withing locality.

Poor response.

My wife is gluten and wheat intolerant . At breakfast she asked if the chef could cook eggs on there own as she could not eat anything else. She was astonished when she was told no. Food into intolerance is no different from other disabilities . Poor service

Basic, unfriendly, lousy breakfast

The only word to describe this hotel - basic! Room is average, I've stayed in better travel lodge hotels. The Breakfast was poor and the staff not particularly interested in guests.
