The staff was exceptional and very accomodating. The room which was given to us first was dripping so they gave us a new room but that room was not clean and the housekeeping hadn't done their work on that room and we complained again. That was the only inconvenience. Then we were offered a new room on the top floor and a free late checkout and also our bags were kept at the hotel for an hour for free. The staff was very friendly and provided with spare towels and pillows. The room is a bit cramped up but it's pretty much decorated. Also the bathroom is a bit small but very good. We loved the stay at that hotel and we are definitely going to it again when we go to Manchester. Pretty much value for money for only two people. Also the location is great as wellml.

The Lass at the front desk was excellent and very welcoming. The common areas are fine, a bit sterile but clean. The room is as compact as expected but looks nicer and better laid out than other easyhotels. Was very quiet except a bit of footstep noise but for the price I can’t complain. Would stay again best easyhotel by a long way.

Great location and excellent helpful staff. The room was good with comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was clean with powerful shower with good warm water pressure. Highly recommended with good value of Money.

Great location and excellent customer services. The staff were very helpful. The room were clean renovated modern with air conditioning. The bathroom was clean with powerful hot water pressure. The hotel offered free speedy WiFi. Highly recommended. The best budget hotel in Manchester City centre with great room rate.

Great location and excellent customer services. The staff are very helpful and nice. Although it is budget hotel and one of the cheapest hotel in Manchester City centre, it offers high quality and comfortable stay. The room was clean with air conditioning and comfortable bed. The bathroom was cosy but functioning very well with powerful shower and high pressure hot water. High recommended and it good value for money. It offers free high speed internet and TV for booking through its website.

The first room I was given hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was hair in the bed as well as in the shower tray. Disgusting. I was moved to another room which was much cleaner (although there was still a used crisp packet under the bed!) Very unimpressed with the overall standard of cleanliness. Lack of facilities... no kettle in the room, food vending machine was empty etc. Issues with the tv not working for a couple of days. The only saving grace were the excellent reception staff who really tried to make things right and were always helpful and friendly, particularly Mohammed.

I have stayed in hostels which have been nicer than this hotel. No chance of getting sleep here because you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and outside the hotel. This place makes Travelodge look like a Hilton.
