Nice hotel, paid £50 to get a window seat in Cloud 23. When seated we had to wait 15 minutes to get our drink order - we had too ask. We ordered another 2 drinks £30 in total but had to ask for a small bowl of nuts. View excellent but service poor.

The jacuzzi next to the pool didnt work and the pool is only open 7.30 to 14.30 sun to wed and you have to book in to use the pool. There was no availability to use the pool on tbe day we arrived even though i tried to book a slot in the morning. Also i was woken up at 4.50am by cleaners vacuming and talk really loud outside my door.

Terrible pool area, not even a seat to put a towel. Upgraded to a better room on the top floor was still pretty poor/ average. Wouldn’t stay again

Unfortunately, my whole experience here was tainted by the overuse of fragrance piped in every public area to which I am highly allergic. I couldn't even eat my breakfast in the restaurant as the fragrance was making me feel so ill. I ended having to wait outside the hotel for my husband to collect me as I was feeling like I was going to faint and was feeling so nauseous. I believe this fragrance is common practice with Hilton Hotels. I travel a lot and this was my first experience at a Hilton Hotel and it will be my last. I stayed on the Executive floor and found the Executive Lounge to be a bit of a let down when you compare it to all the Intercontinental hotels I've stayed in around the world.

Great hotel. We stayed in an executive room and had access to the executive lounge which made our stay amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Nice town centre hotel

Cons: Need to check menu etc in the rooms as some of the details in the booklets were ripped
Location: Centre manchester cinema bars restaurants 1 minute walk
Great breakfast excellent service and very pleasant staff
