All the peolle at breakfast picking up the fruit and tubs and putting them in their bags .1 family took about 20 tangerines and taking i think it was porridge kn a tub . i really think staff should be beside the food to watcb these people as its them that push the prices up

Service was good and hotel and hotel room was clean. It wasnt however, value for money. We paid good money for 2 premium rooms but there was nothing premium about it. The double bed was a small double and the sofa bed was a cheap one, the mattress was very flimsy and I had a terrible night's tossing and turning to try and nod off. The view out of this premium room window was of the hotel opposite us. Not impressed, wont be returning here any time soon.

The breakfast area was very chaotic not much staff cleaning tables so was hard to find room not much choice no mushrooms on the menu, some check inn staff were quiet miserable didnt seem to want to help really just one in particular took offence with me because i asked for a lower floor room terrible behaviour really .

I requested 2 single beds, but was given a double, so had to share. The biggest issue was the absolutely disgusting state of the mattress protector sheet. It made the bed smell of urine, even though the sheet was clean
