Room was nice and reception staff are lovely and friendly, so helpful. Breakfast was hectic and gave me sensory overload as it was crowded, noisy and bright. Great location and great price overall. Would stay again.

The room capet had awful smell heating was not going had to.ask at reception 2 staff were ok but the young lady manager was horrible i felt embarrassed and was treated. Different from.other guests spent over a hour trying to resolve a issue ove £1.20 i reaĺy felt humiliated i will surely lodge a official complaint

Excellent all round - We arrived an hour or so early and asked if they could mind our bags until check-in and they checked and said our room was ready and allowed us to check in early which was a great bonus. Room was great, air con worked great and breakfast was a great bonus - was expecting just warm bread etc. but had all that you need to create a lovely cooked breakfast. All staff we dealt with were courteous and helpful. Will definitely be returning!
