Great staff, great location

Staff great, great location. Sadly the mattress had no support and edges were soft, heating control not working and had error. Room fan not effective. Miserable hot night on poor mattress. Otherwise rest of hotel was fab. Reported problems next day and hopefully will be resolved.

The room was untidy no housekeeping on any of the days Room was very basic, can’t open the windows and the air conditioning didn’t work. We booked a double room and the room We got was not a double room and extremely unclean and the size of the room was very small

Nearly good for the price, but not quite

So on google maps the postcode takes you to Blackfriars St (Treehouse Hotel) so not a great start when walking from the station. Hotel simple, nice, good value, breakfast (limited but decent) included. Room fine, although large amount of mold down one walll, I asume due a leak above from the roof- we were on the top floor
