Hotel is in an ideal position for the city centre. It is a short walk to the Manchester Arena. Rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. Buffet Breakfast was nice with a good selection of hot and cold food. Bar service is excellent. All staff in hotel are very helpful. This is my second stay at this hotel and will definitely return x

Great location central for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Good value for money.

Great location for city centre. Rooms nice and clean. Very disappointed with breakfast. Area just not big enough for a full hotel during a weekend, it was absolute carnage trying to get seated and get to food and beverages, and when you did there wasn’t much food left and very slow being replenished. Also, no cutlery available and had to ask for glasses for juice. Another disappointment was the fact the hotel only had 2 lifts. Not usually an issue but when you’ve got 8 floors and the staff in the morning are constantly using it to start cleaning it took ages for lifts to become available. Overall, decent hotel but wouldn’t rush back if others are available
