Great location. Easy to find car parking (paid). Perfect for exploring the Northern Quarter or small walk over to Dean’s Gate. Our room was perfect. We took our JRT and he was made to feel very welcome. Lovely view from our room. Great having the kitchen and living space. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here numerous times previously and always enjoyed it. Great location and decent sized rooms. This time I was severely disappointed. The staff were great and the cleanliness was without fault. The room however has been neglected. TV not working, locks on windows loose. Overall just felt like the place needed some serious TLC. Bar/restaurant shut until July apparently. Overall, it would make me think twice whether to stay again.
