The premises are lovely. We loved the re-use of old mills and factories and it's worked very well. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Our main issue was the car parking. I have no problem paying a premium to park as many won't want to use this facility. Whilst the hotel appears to own the underground parking, this is managed by a private company and there is no link between the two and the hotel staff have no interest in this aspect. The issue created for us was that for a booked 6 day stay, we could only pre-book 5 days parking (or a month!) with the private company. It proved impossible to split this into two parts without creating an unpaid gap. We thus ended up having an unpaid period of 30 mins where we had to move the car to the road to avoid the possibility of a penalty charge. The exit sensors to the car park seem very unreliable giving the impression they have not detected you - something I noted other residents having the same problem with. Not user friendly and we will probably avoid this location for a more user friendly one on our future visits. This is a shame as we really liked the venue.

A real wow factor stay in Manchester, close to Piccadilly Station, with a great vibe. Spacious apartments with all amenities and a relaxing stay. Staff are fantastic

Great place to stay. Very quiet and friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again. The only suggestion I have is for more towel hooks or a towel rail in the bathroom.

I stay often in Manchester many hotels in the top 10. This has just surpassed all, the rooms the service the amenities. The guy on reception at check in was friendly and made us feel welcome the room was very impressive I didn’t want to leave. This is now my number 1 choice in Manchester it’s a game changer
