New mattresses. Comfortable social ares

Check in was busy and staff were occupied without having option to spend as much attention as expected. For the price it's negligible and no concern. Social area is fantastic. Comfortable and open space to enjoy. Would recommend

I had a great stay. There was screening night with free popcorn. Cheap breakfast and affordable bar.

avoid if you want a good nights sleep

Pros: access to city center
Cons: softer door closes, sound insulation, keeping a lid on residents who are too loud.
Location: easy access to city center.
very noisy into the late hours with many people coming and going. People speaking in the corridors, constantly doors closing with a bang due to access cards and spring loaded doors, creaking bunger beds. Too warm as well for mid October, so summer would be unbearable as opening the window would make the noise from the trains way too loud. Generally clean, but the self catering kitchen was filthy - but did get cleaned by later in the night. only managed a few hours of sleep during which was woken up many times, so would avoid this unless you are with a group and its cheaper than other hostels!!

Kühles Hostel .. eher für Jugendliche

Pros: Sauberkeit
Cons: Karten in anderen Sprachen anbieten, meine Eltern zB können kein englisch und somit musste denen alles übersetzt werden...
Location: Hotel ist nahe einer Bahn, sprich dass man die Geräusche doch hört. Ebenso befindet es sich an einem Fluss/Kanal dort sind Gänse, welche morgens laut
Wir hatten ein 4er Zimmer mit Bad. Zwei Etagenbetten. Das Bad war sehr klein, sodass man sich darin nicht hätte umziehen können. Außerdem gab es dort zwei Wasserhähne, einer mit kaltem und einer mit warmen Wasser, sehr unpraktisch! Dusche war ok, aber der Vorhang klebte an einem. Sehr wenig Ablagefläche für Zahnbürsten. Betten waren unbequem und es war nachts sehr kalt (von den Wänden) obwohl die Heizung volle pulle aufgedreht war. Morgens war es sehr laut von den Gänsen und abends waren auch die anderen Gäste nach 23Uhr (Ruhezeit) laut auf dem Flur zu Gange. Im Internet stand, dass Bettlaken und Handtücher für 7Pfund bezahlt werden müssen, somit haben wir keine Handtücher mitgenommen, diese kann man aber durchaus mitnehmen und müsste dann nichts zahlen, somit hätten wir dann 8 Pfund gespart...Parkplatz ist für Gäste kostenlos, ebenfalls nach dem Auschecken. Frühstück ist nicht inkl, kostet 6Pfund pro Person. Essen und Trinken (alkoholisch/-frei) sind vor Ort erhältlich. Zur Innenstadt sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
