This stunning one bedroom Riverside Club condo is all about stylish waterfront living! The exterior entry and open-air stairway make it possible to avoid any enclosed public spaces when accessing this top floor unit (an elevator is available). Inside, you'll be wowed by the open, airy space and magazine-worthy look and feel. The unit has been updated from top to bottom and the beautiful finishes and sumptuous decor are sure to impress. From the beautifully dressed king bed, to the sparkling kitchen and chic living room - complete with a fireplace - no detail has been overlooked in offering guests an experience rivaling that of any five-star resort.



Enjoy breathtaking views of one of the pool areas and the Marco River from most spaces inside the condo as well as from the screened-in lanai. The lanai is the perfect place to catch the morning sunrise, watch dolphins play all day, and wave to boat traffic while enjoying a meal or a cocktail. It also makes an outstanding office for anyone utilizing the condo's high speed internet to "work from home."

The accommodations were over the top. Great property, and location. Close to beaches( south beach) restaurants galore and some of the best options. Snook inn down the street. Everything was close markets, liquor stores etc. the condo was clean, well finished, all I all this place is a must stay I not only recommend it I’ll stay there over and over again if it’s available. You won’t be disappointed. There is one glitch the TV program is terrible. The management Co went out of their way to help us. This place is definitely a 5Michael, Donna Colorado

Stayed for 5 days in April 2025. Condo was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. Clean, beautiful view, great location. Walking distance to the Snook Inn which is probably the hottest spot in Marco Island and also walking to ZaZa, which was awesome authentic Mexican. We also walked to Sweet Annie’s ice cream but that was a little far. We went all over Marco and this bay section was definitely our preference over the big high rise resort section. Would 100% stay here again. Not a single complaint.

If you don't like this place, you won't like any place.

Everything was exactly as advertised and it was excellent. A delightful place extremely tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was close to about everything you could want from a pool, dock, boat rentals, places to eat or grab a cocktail, go for a walk, whatever. The porch area was especially nice and a great place to sit with a glass of wine and read a book or just chat about your day. Nearby things worth seeing are the Corkscrew Swamp and Naples Botanical Garden.

The condo at Riverside Club was everything it was advertised to be. It was a lovely condo, clean, nicely decorated and appointed. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided. The view from the condo was great.

Great Views and Location

The condo was quite large and perfect for two people. The quality of the kitchen was first rate and everything we needed was available. The outdoor veranda was a great place to watch the pelicans and relax overlooking the Marco River. Great place and value.

Great spot!

Beautiful little condo, exactly as advertised! Clean, tidy, well organized, nicely appointed. Location is fantastic - near to Ol Marco Village which is full of character, charm and great South West Florida Vibe. Property is older but very well maintained and quiet at night. Property manager was excellent. We had one minor issue with the lock (batteries died) and they responded immediately (at night!) and had someone there to repair it thin 20 minutes. Overall fabulous experience. We will be back.

It was just like the pictures. Great pool, walked to breakfast, evening at Snook Inn and rented a boat from the Dolphin Marina. Condo overlooked pool from a very comfortable screened porch. Kitchen had everything you could need! Only suggestion: bathroom needs a bath mat. Other than that it was perfect!

We have been coming to Marco for 35+ years. We started with beachfront condos then went to homes as the family grew. This was our first time as a retired couple… and we had a blast. The Riverside Club was a perfect fit. The fishing pier s outstanding

This condo was gorgeous! Decorated beautifully. Squeak clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Would come back here in a minute!. Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. Pool was clean, nice, and warm. Rent this unit! You won’t be sorry!

Christmas Trip

We had a nice stay. The dryer does not dry clothes very well. You have to do multiple cycles for a VERY small amount of clothes. The power tripped twice towards the end of the trip when we were doing laundry. The electrical box is behind a picture - wish that was listed in the binder in the condo and we could have addressed the issue sooner.
