Horrible stay. I was given a room where the bed was completely worn out. The mattress was sunken and offered no support; every time I lay down it stayed indented, and I woke up with back pain. It was impossible to rest properly. A very unpleasant experience that I do not recommend at all

Whenever we go to Miami, we choose this hotel because it's truly comfortable. The only thing I would have to criticize is the TV service, as it doesn't have the technology to connect our Netflix and other accounts, and the TVs themselves seemed quite small. In other words, they are lagging behind other hotels in updating their rooms.
