My husband and I stayed here over night the day before our cruise and returned after our cruise. Check in was seamless and fast. Transportation to and from the airport was provided at no additional charge and a third party company provides shuttle service to and from the cruise port for a $12 pp fee. The hotel was clean, always smelled fresh and staff was constantly maintaining the lobby. Every staff member we met was kind and courteous. We were given an early check in due to the arrival of our cruise return. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that has top notch food. The area is not ritzy but it is in the perfect spot. Close to multiple food options, gas stations, smoke shop and even a market within one block. The pool was clean the gym was clean and even the lobby bathroom was clean. There is a computer station where I was able to print our boarding passes for the next day. We will definitely be returning here on our next miami trip. We thought we wanted to stay near Miami beach or South Beach but the convenience of this hotels location is amazing. I didn't want to leave a review because I dont want them to get too popular as they may raise their rates 😊 but I could not walk away from this hotel without giving them rave reviews. You will not be disappointed. The ameneties and comfort are as good as, if not better than any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at with half the cost. Thank you to the staff, you were all awesome, Sorry I cant remember everyone's name.

We reached the hotel at 8 AM after returning from a cruise. They had us in a room by 11 freshly remodeled room. Restaurant and bar on site. short walk to many food options.

Comfort with exercise

The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. When your room is on the 7th floor and both elevators are non-functional, it does affect one's opinion. That being said, staff did carry down our luggage, and besides stair-stepping exercises are good for you.

The room was dated . looked dirty..the furniture had stains..the nails are in the wall..but the pictures are gone. The air conditioner/heater worked on their on..could not use the control. The staff was nice..we wore on the 6 the floor and it was very loud from the cars in the street and the air conditioner..also the curtains looked pretty dirty....I would never stay again there
