We waited for the shuttle for a LONG time. Tried calling the hotel about it, but they didn't pick up phone for 30+ minutes. After another call and waiting for an answer, they said the shuttle was on it's way. But we waited another 40 minutes!!

The room was very clean. I spilled a bit of water on the tile floor near the fridge and had to use a white face cloth to wipe it up. I was shocked that the face cloth was clean after I finished! I had to show this too my girlfriend and this made us feel that the whole room was spotless also. Staff was amazing. GREAT JOB!
