The manager is not cooperative at all. They asked us to book room an extra night because our flight was going to land early and they’ll not do that early of a check in. However when we got there they marked us as no show, didn’t give us a room at all and didn’t refund our money. They don’t follow their word.

The staff of the hotel are amazing. This has nothing to do with them. This courtyard is not like the ones I am used to. It felt dated. Our original room smelled of mildew and didnt feel clean and they very kindly put us in a better room. However, still not as nice as what im used to. Shower had a curtain and not glass like the ones up north. Again, the entire staff was amazing. Just not what im used to from all other couryards.
