Our room was clean and in order. Our rooms were not ready which was not a problem. The first gentleman, verified my sister's and my credit card information and allowed us to leave our bags. He also took our phone numbers to call us when our rooms were availabe. She received a call; i did not. When we returned the first person had already left for the day. The second gentleman said he called and emailed me. I received no email, no missed call and he said we had not checked in. This is unacceptable, we had checked in and we were waiting on the rooms to be available. He also said we asked for early checkin of 4. That is the checkin time. They need to be on the same page consistently.

I didn’t get the room I’d originally booked (was given a room with two full sized beds versus a king sized bed. Staff was friendly and helpful with getting me a room with a single king sized although I’m not certain it’s the one I paid extra for.
