Reserved two rooms each with two queen beds. Got to hotel and they only had one room with two beds. My son had to sleep on a roll away cot. No compensation offered in lieu of not receiving proper booked rooms.

The TV in the room wouldn't work. The staff on duty was unable to assist stating that the maintenance personnel left at 7:00. This was very disappointing since we were wanting to watch a college bowl game. Maintenance personnel should be available when guests are most likely to be in the rooms, especially when the hotel is full. Would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience, possibly a discount for our next stay.

It was a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and really comfortable. Staff at check in were awesome!!! We got an early check in and were treated very well. However, when it came to eating dinner at the hotel it was advertised that dinner began at 5. We had been traveling all day and were hungry so we opt to dine at the hotel. When we got to the restaurant at 5 we were told that the kitchen didn’t open until 5 yet a party of 7 in the dining room were being served. The bar tender/waiter had very broken English so when we questioned him about timing he really couldn’t explain. He went to get the manager. The manager came out so unprofessionally and began to argue with the bartender in front of us. He did say our drinks were to be free and dinner (when we eventually got it after waiting an hour) was to have 50% off which was reasonable. I took it as an apology and his word and was happy until I checked my balance today and noticed where they did indeed charge full price after giving me his word. I called and was told I have to wait until tomorrow to speak with the manager. I travel a lot!! And have never experienced this treatment. It’s not about the money it’s about when someone gives me their word then it’s gospel. I would not stay at this hotel again because of how I was treated.
