When we arrived to checked in the person at the front desk couldn't attend us because he had to take a call, walked to the back and left us waiting for about15 mins. We asked to be side by side with another party and the request was ignored. When we got to the room we found a lip gloss on the sink counter, we happened to open the fridge to put somwthing away and realized the fridge was sweating and the stand was completely oxidated underneath, the AC was not cooling properly and there was a hair on one of the pillows. It was a horrible experience and I didnt make it a big deal because we checked in at 7pm and were checking out the next morning. We had to ask for sheets for the sleeper as there was none in the room. We were very disappointed because it was definitely NOT worth what we paid. Parking is a mission, be prepared to not find any parking spaces. We will not be returning as nothing about this place was appealing to us.

Great location

This hotel is in a great area close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We got a room upgrade to a larger suite and it was lovely. The included breakfast is pretty good as well with a chance to upgrade to a hot breakfast with more options. Service was ok, a bit rushed and tip is not included. My main complaint was the mattress. Extremely uncomfortable in my opinion. Everything else in the room was great! Front desk staff also very good. Parking was a little hectic since there’s renovations going on, but that’s understandable. We would stay again once the renovations are finished.
