The front desk person was not helpful...room was dirty unpon entering (floor abd toilet) gave a complaint nothing was done...complained again to different staff still nothing done. No door tag for privacy...no bath robe in room....only 1 cup for coffee (reservation was for 2)...no toilet paper. No room.service option and the door didnt close and the staff took out lottery tickets

Do not stay at this hotel or eat at the restaurant! The rooms were okay, but the bathroom was old and dirty. The check-in service was good, but the restaurant service was absolutely terrible. As a Gold member, I received a complimentary drink — but only draft beer was available. We also had a continental breakfast included, so we went to the restaurant in the morning. The hostess was rude from the start. We sat down and waited over 25 minutes before the waitress even came by to take our order. Since it was just a continental breakfast, we assumed it would be ready quickly — but we ended up waiting another 20 minutes. At that point, I had to ask the waitress for our food, as we had already been waiting 45 minutes. We hadn’t been offered coffee, water, or anything at all. When I asked about the food, she simply said, “It’s not ready, and we’re busy, so I just canceled your order.” Completely unacceptable. I don’t understand how such unprofessional and untrained staff are allowed to represent this establishment

This is an older resort that needs some upgrades. Beds are so so, pillows harder and they don’t have fans for the rooms to help circulate the A/C. The “free” breakfast that has a 13 dollar value is awful. Toast and a danish. When I asked for breakfast tea they only had mint flavored and she suggested Lipton. Bartenders did not have great understanding of drinks as basic as a painkiller. The food area is dirty and not cleaned well. Location is excellent though!
