Naples vacation

Wonderful vacation spot in Naples. The people and staff are all very friendly and the location of the Cove Inn is top notch, in between 2 awesome restaurants and within walking distance to Naples Beach and many shopping and dining spots! Love it!

Not a great stay.

The hotel was a bit run down. Cockroach in the shower…upon check out the front desk staff told me that being close to the water it is not unusual.

It was great! Great location. Good amenities. Very clean. Good housekeeping service. Elevator very helpful. Restaurant small but excellent food and service.Beautiful view over the marina. Close to everything.

Great location - Poor Maintenance

The location is excellent, housekeeping staff outstanding! The room I was given was very old - screen to balcony would not completely close or lock; bathroom was so small if you weighed more than 150 you would not fit! The shower leaked 24/7, the tile by the bathroom pocket door was broken off, but the reason I will never return are two night invasion of cockroaches!!! In the bathroom and under the small refrigerator just opposite I was freaked out when I turned the light on and saw 5-7 roaches on the floor on the sink and under the toilet seat!!!! The desk staff said they would have it sprayed and “remember you’re in Florida and we have bugs.” My parents owned a home here for many years - no bugs inside. It happened again two days later and the manager said he would give me $150 refund off $5000 bill. Has not shown up on my credit card yet!

Love the location of Cove Inn, right on the bay/marina. Walkable to downtown & local restaurants. The front desk & foyer are still under construction from the hurricane, but no issues with check in.

A dated hotel that has been partially renovated. The rooms are small, but they are clean and efficient. My only complaint is the old style air-conditioning that was very loud! I ended up turning it off completely

This hotel is in a great location in Naples with easy access to old town, shopping and the beaches. Despite its great location it is quiet and peaceful with relaxing sunset views across the harbor. Some on-going repairs and construction due to hurricane damage and, the only real downside is a rather small bathroom.
