Charming Farmhouse Themed cottage in beautiful Winter Park, FL. This home is centrally located near Rollins College (4 miles), UCF (6.5 miles), and Full Sail University (1.8 miles) as well as just a short drive away from Park Avenue in Winter Park (4.5 miles) and a hop, skip and a jump away from 417 which takes you to Downtown Orlando (11 miles) and Disney's theme parks (34 miles). This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large fenced in back yard. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stainless steel fridge, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. You will have everything you need including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, coffee station, linens, towels, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee and will love the big fenced in back yard! there is no garage, however, there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. All bedrooms have a queen bed. The house is beautifully furnished with farmhouse decor.

Overall, this rental could have been a nice stay, but unfortunately I did not feel safe enough to remain there. The front door did not seem secure and looked like it may have been previously damaged, and the alarm system was not working. Because of this, I chose not to stay for either of the two nights I had booked.The host was kind and responsive, which I appreciated. However, I would strongly recommend addressing the security concerns for future guests.Additionally, the listing photos were somewhat misleading. The space appeared much brighter and more beachy online, but in person it was darker with different furniture than shown. Updating the photos to reflect the current condition would help set more accurate expectations.With a few important improvements, this could be a much better experience.

The front porch was dirty, chairs were dirty, worn and faded. Artificial plant is broken in a rusted pot with holes.Afraid to use the D.W., installed cockeyed with a one inch gap on the left stuffed with paper towels.There were no in tub and shower mats to keep from slipping, dangerous as both were slippery.Master bath had no mat outside the shower.Master vanity looks beaten up, needs touch or painting and adjustment.Master window frame is rusting away and the closet door is coming apart at the bottom.Bath tub needs bottom reglazed. Looks beaten up.Living room furniture is not the same as VRBO pictures. Inside and outside needs painting.Shortage of glassware. Two wine and one champagne glasses.Right side of house has clutter leaning against it.Fencing needs repair.

We LOVED this little bungalow. It was comfy and convenient. Our little dog had fun on the fenced in back yard and this place was equipped with everything we needed.
You absolutely MUST visit Barkhaven-a dog friendly restaurant nearby!!!

Overall the place was very convenient to all our activities for the week. When we first pulled in, it didn’t look like the picture, most of the plants died in the freeze so the dead plants looked bad. It’s an older bungalow but the inside was clean and comfortable. A few maintenance issues such as master sink very slow to drain, the microwave broke while we were using it, toaster didn’t want to pop up right, front door warped so need to pull to make sure lock engages, and dryer is old so it took twice as long to dry clothes. The host was pretty accessible through text on VRBO site. I did get a small refund for sink issue. They were willing to send cleaner to fix it but we were in and out most of the time. The front porch light stayed at about 10 watt. Not enough to light up the porch. The area was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We picked this location because my niece lives in nearby Oviedo where we were gathering for a family holiday celebration. The house was clean and comfortable. My Mom brought her dog and the house was very dog friendly. It was also equipped with baby essentials which definitely came in handy as my grandson is 12 months old. Thank you we would stay here again in the future.

Disappointing property! The condition of the property is not as described or as it appears in the photos. The most alarming issue is the front door and deadbolt as it has apparently been broken into and repaired so poorly that I was afraid it might not stand up to regular use much less deter a burglar. We felt very unsafe. Then there is the obvious smell of mold/mildew upon each entry. The master bath sink does not drain and was very annoying!! There are numerous other appearance issues as well as no gazebo as promised in the description. Front porch is also filthy and ragged. The owner is pleasant and accommodating and the decor is cute on a bright note.
