The clerk at check in I think her name was Deanna was very rude. Slammed the phone down each time a person called the phone for something. She did not want to help with storing luggage l. I asked for extra towels you would have thought I asked for a kidney. Told other people there was no storage. Rooms were not clean, very out dated

There was a mix up with our booking dates and i tried to change it over a month in advance and not 1 person from the hotel was even good enough to call or answer and email in regards to this! Hope you enjoy my 200 dollars for the empty room, never will book there again

I was planning on using the airport shuttle but the stops at 9pm so it didn’t work. The elevator makes clunking noises which isn’t right. The hotel is walking distance from a lot of food areas which is nice.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in we got to see the male manager on staff handling a situation with patience and poise doing everything he could for a customer whom was wronged due to a 3rd party. We also frequently seen him around the property checking on things always smiling and friendly willing to stop anything he was doing for his customers. Deanna on the day shift got us checked in quickly, our transport to the airport, and was even able to upgrade our room free of charge because they had openings. The evening staff provided great service when our key card quit working as well as providing restaurant recommendations based on our transportation choices. The hotel smelled amazing and the cleaning staff was very friendly as well where as most try not to even look at you. The room was clean and pretty great as far as noise reduction. The pool and hot tub were clean, debris on the top a tad bit from the winds but nothing serious. The continental breakfast was hot fresh and by far one of the best I've had with many options rather than just cereal toast or some fruit. We will definitely be choosing this hotel for our stays in Orlando outside of the parks! Thank you again!

Electrical outlets did not work in the room except for one near the entrance, making it difficult to charge my electronic devices. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some maintenance/upgrade.

The bathroom smelled like feet, the drain was clogged so we couldn’t use it unless we pulled the drain out, the air conditioning didn’t work so was stuck on 60 degrees our entire stay, the TV screen was black.
