The lady at transport phoned the shuttle for us good job. Turned up promptly and no probs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Will use again if need an overnight from airport.

I had a problem with the different Hotel and needed to check in at the Fairfield at the last minute and the staff made this very easy for me. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the breakfast is good. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time in 2 months that the shuttle service is terrible. I called for a pickup at 8:55pm on a Thursday night. I was told 20-25 minutes. Shuttle FINALLY arrived at 9:35. This is unacceptable for a property that is 5 minutes away. Front desk didn’t seem too concerned….

Room was clean, staff was very professional. Breakfast was actually pretty good as well. The only negative thing was the hotel shuttle van--If I had not taken that to get to the airport, I would probably have given the place five stars. The upholstery in the van was disgusting. Every seat was badly stained, and I cannot even imagine how they got in that condition. Are people just constantly spilling things? Are they peeing in the seats? What?? The driver was very nice, and he's not responsible for shampooing those seats, but someone needs to!

First glance everything you would expect. Clean, good service better breakfast with real eggs! 2 issues though. Slower internet. I maxed at 8.16Mbps so don’t expect any live streaming. Other issue was the shower. Specifically shower head would not tighten and was constantly pointing straight down. So had to splash in order to wash off. Otherwise. Good hotel and would get a higher review
