we arrived after midnight and were given the room next to the breakfast buffet which woke the entire room up at 5 am with endless chair moving and crashing of pots and pans . i spoke with the receptionist before 6 am and was abruptly told ‘that was the room you were assigned’. we were not able to go back to sleep at all. travelling with children made this a horrible experience . This hotel has completely ruined the first day of our vacation with my entire family having less than 5 hours of sleep after traveling much of the day before . i will never visit this hotel again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone .

Front staff were great. There was an issue with our booking (was done through a third party) but they were able to resolve the matter. The rooms were spacious, clean and we were more than happy with the hotel. Would certainly recommend the Fairfield Inn.

Staff excellent . In all areas. Room cleaning was every other day. Our room was cleaned, but not the coffee bar. We had to ask for cups and coffees. Our used soap was not replaced with a fresh one. Our room was not vacuumed either. Breakfast was good. But no strawberries or blueberries. Just apples and bananas each day.
