This is the first time we stay off of Disney property. This hotel was amazing and did not disappoint. The desk personnel was very nice and allowed early check in. The breakfast options were just enough although some days fruit was not provided which was annoying. I booked this because the shuttle was complementary. The only issue to this was you had to book it ahead through another website and the time didn’t align with the park opening. I chose to use Lyft because when in Disney you have to be there early. Noah at the pool bar was awesome! Make sure you have cash available because 3 out of the 5 days the card readers were not working and had to either pay cash or charge to the room. I loved having the option to walk to different restaurants and Target. We will stay here again when we return.

We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott at Flamingo Crossing! First time in Orlando and the hotel did not disappoint. The hotel is very nice and clean. And all the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Shout-out to Ethan and Nathan for being very helpful to my family! We really appreciate it. Will Choose this hotel again on my next visit to Orlando.

Overall a nice hotel, good amenities, super close to Disney and some shops/restaurants. The pool is heated and good for kids. My only thing is that the hotel has 6 floors, it gets crowded, breakfast was crazy. They had 4 waffle makers but the lines were LONG. I would have liked more variety.

Clean, the staff is top tier. Breakfast is awesome. Perfect location in a mall with absolutely everything stores restaurants, gas station. 10/10 would recommend. Pool is a little small but everything else makes up for it

Staff needs more training how to check in guest that have pre-paid. We arrived after 6 hour flight. We were tired and wanted to get into our rooms. We had pre-paid our rooms months before arriving. When checking in we were treated as we didn’t belong there and were told we haven’t paid anything to them and had to pay for the rooms. I provided receipt, itinerary, etc. but that was not enough. I had to call Hotels.com and get a receipt directly from them and asked them to call the hotel directly. Hotel still charged my card and once they realized the next day it was an internal error, they refund the money. This was humiliating and inconvenient. If you have a special diet, they will not accommodate. Poor parking, limited handicap parking.
