Overall very good! The complimentary breakfast was really well attended, and the coffee was always filled and available. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean! A very kid friendly environment. Only reason I rate it 4 stars is because the shuttle is pretty awful. They were consistently late and unreliable, and when it does come it goes to so many other resorts it takes almost an hour to get to the park. On top of that the shuttle times offer only one pickup at the hotel and one pickup at the park- 11 AM (arriving 12 PM) at Epcot/Hollywood and pickup at 10:30 PM. If you’re trying to rope drop or stay for fireworks you’ll have to Uber (average $15 a ride). The hotel staff was very sweet when the shuttle didn’t show up and said they’d comp the Uber, but if you want to arrive at a different time they won’t comp it (understandably). Overall I definitely enjoyed my stay, but the transportation aspect was incredibly disappointing.

Great stay

Excellent hotel in every way! Room was exceptionally clean, linens were clean and comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and our stay was great. They accommodated a late checkout and provided extra linens when requested. The breakfast was one of the best free offerings of a large hotel we have ever seen! Although the coffee was terrible, they had gluten free options, plenty of all foods for the large crowd, and the staff was very fast to replentish supplies. We will absolutely be back soon.

Great location to Disney with a super price

Loved the location to Disney. Clean hotel. An okay breakfast for families to save a lot of money and start their day. My only complaint was after a full day in the park I wanted a shower and there was no hot water. I suppose everyone had the same idea.
