The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back

I would say overall that the property is okay or average. For two adults, both of whom are between six feet tall and over, it felt a little cramped. The cleanliness is average due to the fact that some of dressers and tables were a little rickety or had stains on them when we came in. No bugs of any kind, however, which was great. There are plenty of pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking, however there was no cookie or baking sheet so you'd have to use tin foil or buy a cooking pan. There also was no dish strainer so we went out and bought one of those as well so we could adequately do our own cooking. It has nothing to do with the property per se, but it was interesting that if you stay there and order out, or call cabs, for some reason most delivery drivers and cab drivers had huge issues finding the property. No matter who we called over several weeks staying there, the taxi drivers and delivery drivers would wait on the main street or drop us off somewhere on the same block but never at the exact address. So not sure if the address is somehow blocked or why it's confusing to them. Overall, I would say it was average or okay. The area seems safe and fine. Plenty of business people walking home from work or taking the bus. There's an Aldi supermarket about a fifteen minute walk if you know what direction to go in and lots of smaller shops. Oxford is about a fifteen minute taxi drive as well.

Location on good bus route. Parking good. Shower had mold and stove hood had dripping grease. No shampoo or soap in shower. No ice cube trays. No towels in downstairs bath room. Towels rack loose. Adequate value.

Fab apartment!

I stayed here for 5 nights whilst working for Oxford. There is free parking which was handy as Oxford parking fees are really expensive! The flat itself was very nice, spacious, and clean. The kitchen had everything you will need for cooking. The staff have been really helpful as well and very quick to respond to queries.

He flat was clean, tidy and close enough to Oxford centre and the motorway. I locked myself out of the flat and they had it sorted straight away. Very efficient. Would stay here again. Also had secure parking with plenty of spaces

Loved oxford, however, this property too far out of the town to enjoy any night life or eating out. once booking paid for there were many hoops to jump thru to secure the property so $ not be lost. Very minimal info once in the property. Good luck with the TV and closing the bifold doors!

Kitchen was well-equipped, soap and shampoo were provided, beds and bedding were very comfortable. There was a bus stop very close by and a convenience store next door that was open late. Security code for the outer building door and a parking spot provided for each apartment were great. Extra trash bags and toilet paper for longer stays would have been nice, as well as a trash can in the upstairs bathroom.

Pricing at booking was not transparent. Property condition was not 4* as advertised. But by far the biggest issue was the level of noise from upstairs around the clock and also from vehicles outside - didn’t get much sleep for 4 nights and really this ruined our trip

Unprofessional “greetings”

Make sure when going there to have the wright phone number since the one given is not correct and we had tried to contact them 48hrs in advance. They don’t even have an email adress that gives you a reply. When we finally arrived we met another family standing outside with the same problem, not having a clue whom/what number to call to get instructions to get into the apartments. For some luck another guest staying there helped us and found the right telephone number. We had been standing there for an hour with not even a bench to sit on. Finally when we got hold of them they said they had tried to call me wich is incorrect since I had no missed calls. If you go to Rana Court here is the right number: +44 8452997887

Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay

Nice clean room, spacious and fantastic service, only issue was the cooking equipment was filthy ie the knife’s, chopping board and pots and pans. Luckily we ate out a lot. Other than this issue everything was spot on. Would definitely stay again but maybe contact property management to ensure clean cutlery

Yes we would stay again

Our stay was fabulous. A birthday break, hidden in perfect site. The company were amazing and really nice. They were helpful and so so kind. I would/Will be staying again. All I would say is a proper scrub sponge for washing up and a full length mirror is all that's needed. What a perfect place to stay. Thank you very much

Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was super cozy and quiet - loved having a kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc. The extra amenities were also nice, such as a smart TV. Did wish they had a few more of the basics (shampoo was missing but soap and condition were provided) but appreciated the extra pillows and blankets! Overall, really liked the area, the property itself, and how easy it was to communicate with the staff.
