Nice stay!

They room was very nice and the property was clean and family had a great time. The room we stayed in could use updating on mattresses and the dryer has a loud noise while drying clothes. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice Property

Condo was clean. Wonderful balcony (indoor & outdoor). Great view. I did not feel the condo was as well stocked as some we have stayed in. Very basic necessities. Master bed was not comfortable at all. Needing replacing in my opinion. It was a king bed with a big indention in the middle of the mattress, so you always felt like you were leaning downhill. Dryer made a horrible belt squeeling sound. We reported this on day one and by day 6 when we left, still no one had been by to check it. Also on day one, we reported a chair on the small spare bedroom balcony that one of our teens was sitting in. The leg was rusted out and it colapsed on him. He was ok, but they never brought another chair to replace it either. We were only told a work order would be done. But when we called back several days later to report no one had come by, the young lady acted like she knew nothing about a work order. Master bath shower was very small--easy to hit your elbows on the walls when showering or washing hair. Spare bathtub was slick as there was no anti-slip strips in the tub, so you had to be careful. These were the main issues we had. All in all, we had a very good, relaxing time at the beach. We love sitting on the balcony and we had a beautiful view.

Very nice ocean view from every room

We have stayed at this property in past, so we could appreciate the updates. The sliding doors were so much better than in past, with the option to keep them open, or enclose the patio for extra living space. And the view is almost 180° view of ocean! However, when I had a question and emailed the owner, I never received a response. I only received a receipt via email. It seemed rather impersonal. The staff at Dunes of Panama were wonderful! The covered parking spot was very handy, also. There was no hair dryer. Several light bulbs were burned out, which were replaced when reported. Closet doors and drawers were off tracks. When a person spends $4,500+ you just expect a little more. Including maybe a higher grade toilet paper. Little things add up.
