The master suite is just spectacular. The sitting room that over looks the Gulf of Mexico. This area turns into one of the more popular gathering places for a relaxing adult getaway. The bedroom itself boast a very comfortable King bed a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom is huge It has a his and hers vanity with plenty of counter space and drawers. The large bath is jetted for you to relax in and unwind from all of the shopping and great restaurants you visited today We also have a walk in shower and the lavatory also has a bidet.

The second master suite also has a large walk-in closet, jetted tub, King size bed and a fantastic vie of the Gulf of Mexico and our sparkling white sand beaches. For our guest that cant just relax there is a new desk and chair for those who need a quiet place to work. New Roku TV so guest can keep up with all their favorite streaming shows.

Our 3rd bedroom also has a King bed and private entrance to the 3rd bathroom with walk in shower Bedroom number 4 has 2 single beds and bedroom 5 has 2 full size beds. New desk and chair for those who need a quiet place to work.

The living area with floor to ceiling glass is just spectacular, with over 100 feet of balcony to look out over you will never feel crowded here and there are no uncomfortable sleeper sofas to have to sit on. New and very large flat screen Roku TV so guest can keep up with all their favorite streaming shows, DVD, Books, and a few games.

Dining area seats 6 and the breakfast bar can seat 4 more. Beside the dining room table there is a Victrola stereo system that plays albums which we have about 8-10 it is worth playing a few it also has CD player and AM/FM radio. Next to it is a separate refrigerator for all of your bottle water sodas and drinks in general.

Our kitchen has everything you need for cooking Large refrigerator-Freezer, Stove and convection oven over the stove also have a counter top microwave, 4 slice toaster, large crock pot, also have a 12 cup coffee maker and blender. I am sure there can be somethings we left out and other things we will be adding to our condo as this year goes on.

Beautiful condo. Plenty of room for seven adults. The view was amazing even though it was pretty high up. It was convenient to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Parking was a little inconvenient with only one vehicle allowed tp park right at the condo and others had to park across the street. Loved having the extra drink refrigerator. Need new can opener in kitchen… the one provided has seen better days. There was only one dish rag and one dish towel. Would have been nice to have had at least two of these. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely rebook if we have a large group again. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us.

Unit was wonderful. So much space!! Our family enjoyed it. The balcony is HUGE and was so good for all of us to sit out in the evening and enjoy the waves, the mornings sunrise was amazing from the master sitting room. We made tons of memories at this unit. The space was fantastic. Plenty of room and huge bedrooms. Stuff is starting to get worn down. Not my ideal furniture in living room. Its sinks down. But the kids loved it. The balcony is impressive to say the least. It spans the entire space and its perfect. Our parents loved the private suite. Id also recommend a counter top ice machine! We had to buy ice every day. However the beach access was easy and close. We had a wonderful stay and time. With a few updates it would be perfect!

This was a beautiful condo with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main master bedroom was huge and the main living space was accommodating. We did not take advantage of many of the promotional options but we did get the extra beach chairs. No real problems with the stay, everyone was satisfied.

Fun time for family of 10 - parents, children and grandchildren. Views were amazing! Plenty of room for all. Loved the master bedroom/bathroom and sitting room. Kitchen was equipped with pots/pans, dishes, etc., but if you are planning to do any cooking, bring everything with you!

Beautiful condo. The management not so great

The size of the condo, all the kitchen amenities were great; the beddng was comfortable.The only complaint we have is the slippery rugs in the bedrooms with no padding underneath or our children fell several times. The worst thing about this place is the security guard at the pool. Look at the Google reviews of this place the and you'll see many complaints about her.

17th floor view cannot be beat!

Five girlfriends stayed for a long weekend and we loved the morning and evening balcony time! You can see both the sunrises and sunsets and the outdoor seating is perfect. Condo surfaces were clean, but artificial plants should be cleaned or removed, as they held a lot of dust, and one of our family had serious allergies. Property manager called the day before our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, and that was greatly appreciated! Overall a comfortable stay, but the foam mattresses on the beds are ready to be replaced, some have heavy wear resulting in an uncomfortable nights sleep. Location was great, nearby restaurants were welcoming and food was delicious. We appreciated the walkability and bikeability of the area. One of the best beaches around and the area was safe and comfortable. A great spot for families and groups!

Very spacious place

The positive things first! It was a beautiful room. If you have a big family like us this is the place to book. Very spacious. It was a very easy and smooth check in process . It was in a good location as well. Now the negative. We did have to replace all of the batteries in the smoke detectors as soon as we came in to stop the beeping because we called and they said they’d have someone out and no one ever came. The Vrbo listing was not right as well. It said heated pool which was not heated. Said there was a hot tub and there was no hot tub at the property. Said there was tennis courts and there were none. They did provide us bracelets in the middle of the week for a near by condo so we could play tennis after we asked them where they were so that was cool. Only other complaint is there is no bath for the hallway bedrooms so the master bathrooms had to be shared which is not a huge ordeal unless your like us and everyone has to wait in line to get a shower.

Amazing family sized condo!

We had a blast at this condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. We took 13 people (6 adults, 3 kids, and 2 babies!) and we never felt cramped or like there wasn’t enough room for everyone. I do wish there was an indoor pool/ spa. Or that the pool had more room and more for children to do but we came for the beach and it was perfect! Property manager made sure we had everything we needed and check in was seamless!!
