The setting
Located on a private, landscaped lot just off Scenic 30A, this entire home places you within walking distance of beach access while keeping shops, dining, and bike paths close at hand. The setting balances convenience with a sense of retreat, making it easy to explore the area or simply stay in and enjoy the space.
Living spaces
The home is arranged across two levels with multiple living areas that support both connection and downtime. Whether you are gathering for conversation, enjoying time in the game room, or streaming a show on TV, the layout allows everyone to find their own rhythm. High-speed Wifi, pocket wifi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or plan your next day along the coast.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 18 guests across six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Sleeping spaces include king suites with ensuite baths, a king suite with a queen bunk, and a queen bunk bedroom. Bedrooms are distributed across both floors, offering flexibility for families, couples, and mixed groups. Bathroom essentials are provided, and an in-home washer and dryer support longer stays.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals and shared dinners, with ample space for cooking and gathering. A dining table and kitchen island make group meals easy, while the indoor-outdoor flow encourages taking meals outside when the weather allows. A grill is available for casual cookouts.
Outdoor living & pool
Outdoor spaces are designed for easy enjoyment throughout the day, with wraparound decks, patios, balconies, and a backyard that invite time outside. The pool offers a refreshing break after beach outings or relaxed afternoons at home. Pool heat is available seasonally from October through May for an additional nightly fee. Beach essentials are provided to simplify time on the sand.

Designed with group stays in mind, the home includes family-friendly features such as a pack ’n play, children’s dinnerware, and room-darkening shades. The property is pet-friendly, allowing your four-legged companion to join the trip. Self check-in with a smart lock and free parking on premises add everyday convenience.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. 850 Vacations by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- A golf cart (Low Speed Vehicle) is available at the property for guest use by the homeowner. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the included golf cart which will be issued to you by email/text to be completed by esignature prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
