The room was clean and neat. The staff were very courteous. However, we left after one night as the air conditioner would go on and off. When off, there was no air. Unfortunately they would not refund the next two nights stating I had not purchased protection? We were in Sarasota for my mom’s memorial.

Reception was very pleasant. Room was very clean. Unfortunately, the street noise is quite loud and made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good and location to SRQ is good. Only reason I didn;t give 5 stars is because both nights the noise was so loud - I couldn't it 5 starts.

Everything was spotlessly clean including the breakfast area -- not one drip -- pristine. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. I booked at the last minute and the price for Sarasota in January on a Friday night was amazing! The pool was very nice. I would definitely stay again. I was able to walk to the airport. No frills but just what I needed.
