We are located right downtown, and our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of the downstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
There is a beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 1.- November 1.) including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect al fresco meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

The unit is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Great rental for the price

The property is close to St George, walking distance. The pool area is fantastic, overhead fans, lighting. The owner is responsive, understanding and helpful. I would rent this again or any unit from this owner

Excellent Property and Host

This house was located perfectly for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with very comfortable beds. My favorite thing about this rental was the pool area. It was the perfect area to enjoy the pool and beautiful landscaping and just relax. I would highly recommend this property! Very nice.

Location to downtown ST. Augustine was good. The patio and pool was a nice place to enjoy. The accomodation was clean and well stocked. Beds were comforatable. Would definately stay again.

This place has all the basics but not much else. It is walkable to most anything and is as presented. Backyard area is pretty but a shared space. Also layout is odd and yoy can hear people walking above you but it delivers on what was expected for the price paid.

St Augustine Getaway

We LOVED that our VRB was located in the middle of Lincolnville, so rich in African American History and also such a short walk to King St and all of St Augustine’s history, galleries and restaurants. Excellent quiet location, lovely private patio and pool area behind the house too. Would recommend highly.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy St. Augustine

This was a great property. We easily walked all over, and its located between two trolly stops so no need to drive around and worry about parking. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking and morning coffee. The pool and patio were also very lovely for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We were very happy with the condition of our rental. The apartment was very clean and everything was in good order. They supplied everything we needed. It also had an excellent outdoor pool and seating area. The location was surprisingly quiet and we would definitely stay there again!

Great stat in St Augustine

This VRBO was a very good stay for us. The designated parking was appreciated. The location worked well for us, as we were able to walk to three restaurants we wanted to check out, and to other attractions. The unit was very clean and well furnished. The pool area is very nice and enjoyable in the hot weather. Check in and out worked well. We briefly met Kirsten and she is very nice. We hope to return again.

Location, location!

Lovely property, impeccably clean, with beautiful private pool an added plus. Property owner is accommodating and accessible. The Lincolnville neighborhood location is easily walkable to historic downtown shops and restaurants, St. Augustine distillery, San Sebastián winery, and also a local corner brewery with live entertainment. Neighborhood is eclectic and rich with history. Would definitely stay here again!

Short weekend getaway

This was such a cute place to stay for a weekend away. It was clean and comfy. The owner was very nice and the pool was perfect on this hot weekend. It is a fairly short walk to the historic area. Would highly recommend!

Walking Distance to Town

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Great history for the area. Kirsten & Michael were more than gracious hosts providing all essentials needed for the beginning of our stay. We stayed from Mar 29 thru April 10. Heated pool, walking distance to town, historic area, we will definitely book again when in St. Augustine.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is still our favorite in St. Augustine. It's a very comfortable house, we love the pool area, the location is great for walking - we rarely move our car when there. The landlords are quick to respond to any communication. We definitely hope to return for future vacations.

Space and walkable

This place was much roomier than I expected! The bedrooms are not large, but the living room and kitchen were spacious. We were so incredibly happy to see that there was coffee, cream and sugar upon our arrival! It was a long day driving and we didn’t want to have to hit the grocery. This space was walkable for my husband and I. Didn’t need to drive much once we arrived. Enjoyed the walk through those tight, historic streets. Just an adorable historic district. Loved sitting by the pool in the evening with a glass of wine. Host was very quick with responses. I would rent this again in a second.

Nice visit

The property was as presented on-line. Kirsten was very responsive—getting back to us in record time with replies to our questions. The property is advertised in the heading as “heated POOL”, but we were advised that is not the case during “winter months”.
