The Space
Salt Therapy South is a three-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house offering an open layout, natural light, and spacious living areas. Settle into the living room to stream your favorite shows on the HDTV, or gather around the dining table after a day outdoors. With elevator access and a private entrance, getting in and out is effortless for families and groups.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. Each space is arranged for comfort and longer stays, with bed linens, hangers, and thoughtful bedroom essentials provided.

Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen makes it easy to cook and dine at home, featuring major appliances and ample space for preparing meals. Whether you’re planning a casual breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner inside, the kitchen and dining area support everyday convenience.

Outdoor Living & Community Pool
Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony, or take a refreshing dip in the shared outdoor pool - a saltwater pool available all year. After a beach day, the grill and barbecue utensils offer an easy way to enjoy outdoor cooking in the coastal air.
Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub).

Beach Access & Local Adventure
Located just across A1A, you’ll have simple access to a peaceful stretch of beachfront. The garage fits a boat or jet ski, making it easy to explore nearby intracoastal waters, while free parking on premises provides space for up to three vehicles.

Comfort & Convenience
Salt Therapy South includes high-speed Wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer for extended stays. Safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are also provided. Self check-in with a lockbox adds flexibility to your arrival.

Pet-Friendly Stay
The home is pet-friendly, with up to 2 dogs allowed with approval.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
