2night stay

Hotel is very old and needs updating. The hotel was being used for people that lost their home due to the hurricane so was busy. Very quiet despite this. Friendly staff. Street parking available. Not sure about the pool the weather was to cold.

The hotel is in a great location. Free breakfast is fantastic. My room was cleaned only one time for a weeks stay. That needs improvement. Water pressure is low. Could be better. Overall a nice hotel.

I had 2 back to back reservations at this hotel, one booked at the hotel and one booked through Expedia. To avoid changing rooms during my stay, I had to downgrade my reservation made directly with the hotel, therfore, I assume, they were not able to honor my VIP status. The hotel is very quaint, and clean. I found my room to be exceptionally noisy from road traffic. Based on my experience so far, I don't think that I would stay here again, I didn't find it to be a good value.

Nice historic hotel in a good location. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was GREAT with a full selection of fresh items. The coffee, tea, hot chocolate station in the lobby was also very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating though. We would definitely stay there again.

Well if you are interested in an old style historic hotel, then this is the place to go and stay. They offer in room massage service for few bucks which is a gem. I was amazed by their hospitality and specially the breakfast. It was one the best breakfast services I have ever seen. Will go there again

Well kept gem!

We spent one night to attend a concert. We had to park on the street however was not a problem. The hotel is old but very well kept. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff were all very welcoming. We would stay there again.

Loved our stay at this historic hotel

This hotel is quite a find. Loved the unique-ness of this historic hotel. We were in town for a wedding, and had about 8 rooms rented in all, they were each unique with the room layout. but all quite spacious. Hot breakfast with lots of options. Only downside was the coffee, recommend going to German bakery/coffee shop which was just a 5 minute walk away. (the apple struedel was excellent!)

Third choice post hurricane but an absolute gem.

Historic but lovingly maintained. Big room with lots of facilities. Breakfast is top class. The fresh waffles are life changing! Nice bacon and great sausages. Cute cheese omelettes. Fresh fruit. We’ll be back! X
