The room was nice and spacious! The only issue I had was the leak in the bathroom and the outside dining area sink leak. Notified staff and they were on it right away. Overall it was a great stay and nice room!

Went three days without hot water. Staff said it would be fixed each day. Never was. TV didnt work 75% of the time. Literally an inch of dust on lamps and lights. Staff was VERY pleasurable...but NOTHING was fixed. No hot water was inexcusable!

Easy parking, great staff at front desk. Beautiful garden entrance with a wonderful, inviting fragrance in the air. Easy access to the freeway and airport! Free shuttles to airport. We had a great stay. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Staff answering phones for transportation had thick accent and was very hard to understand. He could not explain how to get to the pick up area. Hung up on me once and when I called back he told me to figure it out. We did but he was rude and incompetent.
