This hotel was convenient to the convention center and near several restaurants and bars. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was free and usually pretty good. The hotel is clean and quiet. Would stay here again next time I’m in town.

We loved everything except how squishy the mattresses were. It was close to everything, convenient enough to get in and out, and reasonably priced. My old bones just need a stiffer sleeping surface. (The top sheet serving as a duvet cover was a little weird, too.) Minor differences in living space choices, the stay overall was satisfying.

The first floor smelled like sewage. The decor was dark and unwelcoming. We were not informed by Expedia or Hyatt that there was $100 a night pet fee although we booked a ‘pet friendly’ room. The fee should have been included at booking, or at the very minimum, clearly noted.
