The room temperature was 64 degrees when we checked in. We set it to a warmer temp and left for dinner. When we returned a few hours later it was up to 67. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up but they never did.

run down hotel for 900 plus dollars for the nice absolutely ridiculous non working elevator. rooms outdated. carpet is disgusting. breakfast was not good at all my yogurt was expired. front desk people were very friendly

Room ac was so loud we couldn’t sleep most of the night. One elevator was broken and the other one took forever to reach the floor. The floor on the elevator was disgustingly dirty.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly as well, but they assigned us a room next to the elevators and it was noisy, so we did not sleep well until very late at night

The staff (mainly John) was really nice and helpful. The lobby was clean and so was the room. The pool area was well kept and nice looking. I did get down to breakfast late, so that could be why the options were limited. My main complaint is the elevator being out of order a few times and my room was on the 4th floor. It doesnt sound that bad until you factor in I have an infant in a stroller and my mom has breathing problems. Overall good stay, they just need to work on that elevator.
