The 159 I paid for the night is 3 times more this hotel deserves. Unfriendly staff, wake up to crawling creatures in the room, you can hear all the noise in the hallways and the next rooms, rusty shower head; the list goes on.
**DON'T STAY HERE!**
There was nothing that I liked about this hotel. No staff upon our arrival at 11:50 pm. Reception closed, and guests waiting (including me), we had to call 1800 to have someone come to the hotel and check us in. Someone who was not on site. It took about 1 hour for someone to show up. The 1st room smelled like smoke, we didn't spend 1 minute in the room, returned to the reception, and the reception was closed again with a shutter and the receptionist was about to leave. Again, horrible experience, no staff, and unsafe in the event of an event at the property.
The purpose for this stay was a stop on our family getaway. We booked this particular location for the kitchen. I emailed the property in advance to find out if they have a toaster in the room, and I never heard back. Once we checked in, the immediate reek of marijuana was intense. We walked into our room to find there are not pots or pans provided. I called the front desk and was told they stopped providing those about a year ago, due to people stealing them. When we finally decided to go to bed, I pulled the cover off my bed to find thick black hairs threaded in the sheets! I pulled my kid's cover off and found actual diet on their bed. By the time we made it downstairs to checkout of this filth, the front desk was closed. The lights were off and 2 sketchy individuals were asleep on the couch right int he lobby. That scared me enough to run back upstairs, lock the door and just had our kids sleep on top of their own clothes. The blinds in the room were torn and broken, letting continuous light into the room. The people next door would not stop fighting and throwing things until we'll past 4am. We did not sleep, rest, or have any sort of peace during this awful night. Never again!
Arrived to the hotel at 11:30 PM, the desk in the lobby was closed and we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come and check us in, the hotel’s hallway smelled like mold and sweat, the blinds in the room’s window are too small so it’s had to sleep with so much light and also noises from other guests upstairs. They don’t provide coffee maker machines or coffee supplies, they would charge for it, that’s is the simply the worst part, we are never coming back to this place.

Tough time in Florida to find a reasonably priced option. This property fit the bill of relatively inexpensive. The room smelled and definitely looked like it hadn't been updated in many years, not a single amenity like paper towels, coffee machine or anything you might expect, was warned at the front desk about this though. bed was comfy and clean otherwide For the price, the stay was acceptable
First- the entire hotel smelled like skunk weed. For an extended stay hotel- they had nothing in the kitchenette. No glasses, utensils, plates, etc. Some things were available @ front desk like a coffee maker but no coffee. No hairdryer. Bed looked just like a sofa pullout mattress and frame. Shower had so much hair in it- just gross. Small bugs by the sink in kitchen. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after one. The front desk was very pleasant but didn’t even ask why. I’m sure they knew. The lady that checked me in was very professional and friendly.
There was supposed to be no smoking in rooms or building. But every time we left and came back the elevator and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Kind of disappointed
This was like staying in a jungle. Whatever the human breathing, whining, sighing that was taking place in the next room went on all night through the obviously super thin walls. Sounded like a person tied up and drugged. Rooms are super bare bones. I have never stayed in a WoodsSpring before and to say it was below par for the money is an understatement.
