    Perfect Location for Bicyclists!

    Great location! Super quiet neighborhood. It’s about a 5 mile bike ride to Caspersen Beach taking the Legacy Trail and a little over 4 mile bike ride to Manasota Beach on safe neighborhood roads. Close to groceries and absolutely anything you need to make meals at “home”. I loved having my breakfast in the backyard or on the screened porch. Joanne was a great hostess!

    Good location in South Venice

    The property was exactly as pictured online. Very easy to get to everywhere. This is a nice rental and everything you need is there. The owner is extremely accommodating and provided everything we needed and then some. If I needed to contact the owner, they were quick to respond. We had a great stay!

    Enjoyed breakfast every morning in the screened in lanai. Property located in a great walking neighborhood . Found property as shown on VRBO. Owner was very responsive to our questions and checked in with us occasionally to make sure everything was ok!

    We rented the house for family over the holiday, the house was exactly as described. The house was clean, nicely appointed, and close to everything. We would definitely consider renting again when the entire family descends upon us again for Christmas. I would recommend this property.

    Joanne texted several times to be sure things were going fine, and had added homey touches and a welcome basket. We had use of new bikes, beach chairs, and a lanai for March's terrific weather. The whole Venice area is great for our door recreation!

    A Very nice 2 bdrm house

    We spent a month here and it was very clean and well kept up and we had a great time. Dep Sheriff Dave is also a great next door neighbor. Would go back again.
