Extremely accommodating when requesting a room upgrade. The room was very attractive and spacious as we did get a suite with an ocean view. Restaurant food was very good. Dinner at the Cobalt Restaurant was outstanding, went there twice during our stay. Your on the beach, option of pool and hot tub. What’s not to like. Service all around was great!

Everything was great ! Came & stayed an extra night after a wedding & sure glad we did. The room and view was beautiful. One day we left the do not disturb on the door due to wedding party getting ready in the room, however the next day i took the sign off and no one came to clean it, which was fine with me. Staff was super friendly & accommodating. Wedding staff & food was fantastic as well. Valet parking only w/ $20 a night, as well as, $49 resort fee every night, was a little steep, but otherwise I was happy with staying here.

Room was spacious and two porches were very nice. A few families with young children tended to take over the pool. The pool is large enough for all guest they just didn’t observe spatial boundaries. Staff is excellent.

We had a pleasant stay at the property. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which made our short stay more enjoyable. Overall, everything worked fine and met our expectations. The only aspect that did not fully meet what we imagined was the beach area. In the photos, the access appeared larger, more immediate, and more charming, but in reality it was smaller, less direct, and not very well organized. Still, we are thankful for the stay and the attention we received.

Although we have dined at both Cobalt and Heaton's before and have been to a magnificent wedding here, this was our first time as hotel guests. It was a staycation for my husband's birthday. The staff were incredible. There was a welcome/birthday message and treats waiting in our room upon arrival. We were early, but the staff graciously allowed us in check in. The room was beyond perfect and the weekend was perfect in every way. From pool staff to bar tenders and wait staff- service was too-notch. We had children with us and they were welcomed with goodie bags and felt right at home the entire weekend. We will be back!
