Staff wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me in a tricky work situation. Hotel reception and bar relaxed and friendly. Breakfast lovely. Rooms very clean. Radiator impressive how quickly it heated the room. Booked car parking space calling reception. Close to tesco, cafe, deli, spoons. Great location. Will stay again.

Staff were excellent and always very friendly and willing to help. The room could do with a bit of a refresh, particularly the bathroom (a fair bit of mold and staining on the walls) but it was functional. Breakfast was disappointing. The tables felt crammed in and were difficult to navigate at times and the selection was limited. Bacon was like cardboard every day. Parking was decent value and our space was always available however the spaces have big pillars in them and not much room to negotiate so larger vehicles be aware of this. There is parking just down the road as well. Room facilities were good, with a fan, iron, TV and plenty of clean towels.

Hotel was nice with a good breakfast buffet. Room was a nice size and was quiet. The only issue I had was with parking. The hotel had limited parking space so I ended up parking at a municipal garage about a block away. Downtown Aberdeen was going through a lot of renewal and did not have the shopping that I wanted.

Poor weekend

Room freezing radiator on but very poor. Just warm . No heating in bathroom. Bed too hard. No bacon for half an hour on Saturday but on Sunday it ran out again but the manager was excellent and brought more straight out. Receptionist totally disinterested in any issues when raised

The car park is restrictive and suited to smaller vehicles yet no info on that. Room (twin) booked for 2 yet only 1 towel. Bathroom bin broken so needed manually lifted. Everything was very good.

The room I was given was shabby and not fit for purpose, I may be disabled but that doesn't mean I should be expected to put up with exit signs in the room lit up all night, or disgusting floor tiles in the bathroom. The staff where great and moved me to a room with a shower and grab rail.
