Great location, looks a little tired in places. Need to move the smoking location as its right outside the front door as with someone who has a lung condition not ideal having to walk through cigarette smoke to get to hotel. Car park was tight and not alot of spaces. Room was OK bed comfortable although alot of noiss from doors slamming (need soft close mechanism on doors) Breakfast was a good selection and very nice, fresh.

Room was very warm; too warm. Letter from hotel told me it was £10 per night to park my car, yet when I phoned to book the car I was told it was £12 per night. No spaces available anyway. Staff friendly and helpful.
