Great value for money!

Lovely breakfast, helpful, friendly staff. Room was a little dusty, but overall a great place to stay!

Business Trip

No complaints about the hotel but some manners from the staff member on reception on check would go a long way,he made a mistake and didn't like been corrected,really needs to know that whole customer experience matters

Avoid this hotel like the plague

If the sun is out do not book this hotel. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING. I arrived at the hotel around 7.30pm on a warm May evening. The room was not dissimilar to an oven that had been on for six hours. I looked in desperation for the air con and there was none!. In a second fit of desperation I tried to open the window and guess what – there is a security chain which means you can only open the window 1 inch! I asked for the manager and he obviously couldn’t do anything about the aircon – there is none in any room - and then he couldn’t open the window as he couldn’t find the key to unlock the chain. As I say, if the sun is out avoid avoid avoid.

Great hotel

Our first visit. Most impressed. Would certainly use this hotel again, especially on a special deal. Be aware there is an overnight parking charge of £3.00

fantastic weekend break

The hotel was good value for money, staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access into the town centre, would certainly stay at this hotel again
