Really good hotel in great location , access via city by car is terrible due to acc road restrictions and Hydro Electric works around this part of the city , zero parking at this hotel , nerby car parks are card payments only and quite far away , no good for those woth amy mobilty issue's. If you travel by bus or rail its a winner . Hotel staff are awesome , good standards , come on union square and acc the city beeds this working not everyone travels by bicycle and train . Business tracel by car is neccesaary in Scotland! Love the hotel in all other areas

Great welcome at reception. Nothing too much trouble. Offered recommendations of eateries and things to do. Location brilliant and central with rail and bus links very close. Breakfast lots of choice and great quality.

I stay at this hotel regularly. My only complaint is about the lighting in the room. The bedside lamps are very dim, light level too low to read comfortably.

Very hard to navigate to by car. Parking was not clear when booking or upon arrival. No free parking available. Rooms were dated and in need of a good clean. Would not recommend.

The staff were great and the lobby/restaurant for breakfast were good. The condition of the room was poor. There were holes in the walls in the bathroom. Not enough lights in the bathroom or bed space. Whole room is dated. Cleanliness of the room could have been better. For the price you are paying the room could have been better.

Nice property throughout - attentive staff always smiling and very polite- no issue ever seemed too much to ask ( I didn’t have any issues ) Breakfast buffet was well filled with plenty of food for the guests to enjoy - enough variety from hot food as well as a selection of pastries and fresh fruit and yogurt too . Fresh juice is also available as well as a coffee station ( coffee machine )

It was very convenient being adjacent to both the train and bus stations, but I found it strange that it was literally connected to a mall (unless that’s what you like). The woman at the front desk was confusing and told me breakfast was included, but then come to find out it wasn’t. I chose it for the convenience for the train and bus stations, but wouldn’t stay there again.
