We were extremely disappointed in our experience at this resort. We honestly felt we would have gotten the same experience outside of the view at a Best Wester Hotel. The staff was extremely rude and impersonable unwilling to assist with any questions regarding the amenities on site. We attempted to eat at the seaspray restaurant we waited for 10min just for a staff member to ask what we wanted to drink when there were few people and plenty of staff waiting around after that we recieved our drinks and ended up leaving the restaurant without eating due to the poor quality of service. The ladies at the front desk were rude and never made eye contact and were very sharp and impersonal when speaking to us. Will never go back or recommend this so called resort to anyone

The property needed some TLC. Nice view of the lake and boats. The service wasn't great. Housekeeping didn't show up a few day so we had to keep asking for towels then had a huge pile of towel in our room. They didn't refill coffee or creamers so had to keep calling down to ask for things. Just annoying and not what I would expect for a Curio hotel. Not sure I would stay here again.

Our room wasn’t ready even at our late check in time and then we didn’t get the room we expected. We did eventually get a room with a better view and the staff did provide us with a nice anniversary gift (champagne, chocolates,card) pkg so that was very nice. Parking at this hotel remains a problem. Seems to cater to outside guests more than hotel guests.

Had a nice business stay- loved my views- would have loved my room to be cleaner- but it was “ok” (example tub was dirty hairs in sink etc) Love to see carpet removed- but I bring “indoor” slides for such occasions! Staff was kind and best of all Killer views!!! Breakfast isn’t served till 7:30 so I drove off site as I get up at 5:00! Would have preferred to eat at the hotel with an earlier option! No complaints- but if needing earlier eats this won’t work!
