I use this hotel a lot for work trips. the gym and pool are nice, the rooms are clean and modern. I am always greeted by the same lady at the desk and she couldnt be more helpful.

Recommend this hotel

Was a clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Unfortunely we got put in a disablilty friendly room meaning the shower was a wet room and the sink was really really low and was not suited to us as we are able bodied. This was the one thing that let this stay down otherwise, would stay here again.

Not the best stay.

We arrived just after 3pm after 5 hours travelling and the room wasn't ready. We only had to wait a further 5 minutes but when you say 3pm check in I don't expect to wait. The following morning we had no hot water in the shower or sink. We had a celebration to attend and we both had to shower in freezing cold water. We reported it to reception when we came down. It was fixed when we came back that evening. It was quiet and comfortable where we were located.

As soon as we entered the room it stank of damp toilet. When I took off my shoes I realized the entryway carpet was soaking wet and probably where the smell came from. The window was fully open with the room freezing cold so I’m assuming they realized the room stank and let the window open to air it out. It was disgustingly. There wasn’t even a phone for me to call and try to get a new room and it was nighttime so I didn’t feel safe to even go downstairs. I had to suck it up and deal with the damp smell and soaking carpet. I felt like I was walking on a wet dish sponge every time I tried to goto the bathroom as I had no slippers. This place is a dressed up motel at best. I think I have a foot fungus from walking on the dirty wet carpet. Horrifying and unhygienic.
