We had a lovely stay here for 1 night. We had a family room which is very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We used the pool and sauna which is a great facility of the hotel. The only thing I would say that need an upgrade are the showers, they are very low pressure but are lovely and hot. We'll definitely stay here again.

The family room we stayed in was very big although the beds was not very comfortable also the bathroom was very basic and the shower was ridiculous it took us over an hour to get showered as there was little pressure in the shower and the water just trickled out

We stayed for 1 night with our dog. The room was nice, clean & very spacious. Check in was very smooth & the lady on the desk very friendly & helpful. Shame we couldn't stay for longer as the leisure facilities looked good. Great location to the beach & only a short walk into town. worst check in ever experienced , Patricia at the front desk did everything in her power to make us feel unwelcome, she was backed up by her equally unhelpful / spiteful manager Noelia. Its a shame as the Hotel itself is a grand building with beautiful views over the sea facing the isle of white. The room we had was spacious with a comfortable bed . House keeping was sub standard though . If this hotel was taken over by a good hotel operator it could be a jem !
