1. Beds much less comfortable than competitors 2. Breakfast poor. Should be option for full English and more fruit options. 3. No toilet brush provided in en suite bathroom. N.B. WE DO NOT WANT TO BE FORCED TO LIVE LIKE PIGS! 4. Alarms going off which seemed to take an age to turn off. 5. Charged £10 for car-parking which was not mentioned on the website. All-in-all, a bad tastes left in the mouth. Would not return.

Poor sound insulation.

Room is modern, carpets have stains but overall ok. Has air conditioning which is great also has parking but is £10 a day or right outside hourly parking via app. Sound insulation is poor, so poor I can hear the cups next door being moved. The doors slam, rooms door and hallway door slam shut meaning with guest that constantly go in and out every few minutes all we heard was doors slamming. If you are lucky enough to have no guest on the floor then you might be ok

We chose this Hotel as it showed it has a Swimming Pool. But when we got there, we were told that the Swimming Pool was CLOSED and had been under Maintenance for over 3 months. THE WEBSITE DID NOT SAY THAT THOUGH. Also, the Bar was Closed at 10ap - no signs to say it closes at 10pm.

We stayed in the chalet style room which had a very comfy bed (we didn’t use the sofa bed), a decent bathroom and a handy kitchen area. It was clean and comfortable. No issues with the room itself, although it was expensive for a Sat night stay. Reviews meant we ate breakfast elsewhere. View from the chalet was a demolition site, a crane and the very shabby rear of the main building hotel.

The room in this hotel was appalling. It was billed as a double room, and yes it did have a double bed in it but it was pushed right up against the wall both at one side and the foot of the bed. the bed head was blocking the window. Fortunately I was staying alone but if I'd been with my partner it would have been totally impractical. The bed couldn't even be made properly as you couldn't get around it to tuck in the sheets! I wouldn't mind but the room wasn't particularly cheap. There were hardly any staff around (although the staff were helpful when you could find them). The bar wasn't staffed so you had to get someone from reception if you wanted a drink. Breakfast wasn't much good either with only sandwiches or fruit and cereals available. There weren't even enough sandwiches to go round! I'd really avoid this hotel and won't be staying here again.

Our family came for two nights stay for a seaside trip. All we asked or requested the Hotel for were met by them. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were giving us excellent service and utmost attention that made us so very warmly wrlcimed. They were so patient and understanding etc. These are all the special qualities that makes this hotel a special place to stay at.

I have stayed here a number of times on business recently, always generally ok. Unfortunately my most recent breakfast experience was desperate to say the least. No hot food, stale bread, ripe fruit. I am not sure what has happened, but I will not be coming back.

I had a lovely stay i was made to feel welcome. The room was clean, it had everything i needed. I am already thinking to book it again for July kids were happy so that makes me a happy mama. It's a good location walking distance to the beach and shops its a win win.

Glass shower wall was loose , the water ran out onto bathroom floor and the hotel seemed to have water/plumbing problems in the mornings. No water, or brown water coming out of sink faucet! After a while it seemed to normalize. Staff was very friendly and the bed sheets were wonderful!

Worst ibis I’ve stayed in. Staff no where to be found when needed. Pool closed. Starbucks coffee was meant to be served at the cafe but was also out of service. Not happy at all

Room was really good like mini home from home with microwave fridge ironing board. Wish i hadnt had breakfast and cooked in room. No real cooked option . Just cold bacon and sausage chiabata

At best average hotel

The room doors all seem to stick so everyone has to continuously slam there doors to get them to actually close The room it’s self is ok, not much to report one way or the other, not the biggest bed but not the worst, no iron etc although available from reception. So the bar is not the greatest experience, started with a beer from the draft which was at best warm, ordered a bottle to then have with a glass which was covered with lipstick. Staff were friendly though so that was one positive, would I stay here again, no.
