This place is old and dirty, beds are so uncomfortable. I think the bathroom was new but the room carpets and decor was ancient. The room stank of old socks. The food was designed for OAPs.l That’s for sure

Very helpful staff on reception. The room was tired but adequate, but there was no explanation of how to turn on the TV. It transpired that you had to turn on a switch above the headboard, which was not obvious at all. The best part was being able to use the restaurant at theOcean Beach hotel where we usually stay.

The hotel needs an update money had been spent downstairs but not in the rooms and bathroom The staff in hotel are friendly but the welcome I received left a lot to be desired i booked the hotel which said it came with free parking when I booked in the manager said prove it in an abrupt way so first impression was not good The breakfast was good and staff where more friendly ,

Disappointing!

The room was so small for 3 people and there was a lack of storage. There was no air con and no fans either - it was ridiculously hot! The room we had was up and down stairs which was difficult to manoeuvre a large case. Parking was a nightmare and people had selfishly parked over 2 spaces. It was a free for all between 3 hotels so you had no chance. Food was ok

On east cliff close to beach

Pros: Staff very good especially Miguel who was very attentive and pleasant despite being the only waiter on duty.
Cons: Rooms need refurbishment, price of soft drinks is extreme at £2.30 FOR a can of fanta Bed quality could be better and carpets need replacing
Location: Close to town and pier
Would rate as 2.5 rather than 3 Paid over £220 FOR 2 night stay in a standard double and was quite disappointed. The room was very basic carpets stained, small holes in wall and bathroom door frame. Shower screen did not stop water from pooling on floor. Bathroom very small with toilet roll holder loose.. For the price paid I expected something better, could do with a fridge and fan in the room and room needs some refurbishment. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was okay but not special, but staff were very good. Unlikely to stay again

Lovely staff great location but

This hotel has really great staff and is in an amazing location unfortunately even though we paid extra for an ocean view although it was an amazing view the room was very dated windows had gaps so find was howling all the time so disturbed our sleep. Really needs s refurbishment bath room had damp and mould and was very cold. Both sister hotels are amazing and that's where we ate.

Brilliant location. Easy access to beach and town

Pros: Location and staff. We also had a lovely breakfast in the nice spacious dining area.
Cons: re-carpeting
Location: Right near to walks on the beach. Easily walk to the town centre for great shops.
My family and I stayed one night of 31 July 2016 (my 50th Birthday). We had a lovely time, but one thing that would have made it more special was if we was able to sit in the lounge area with my birthday cake I had brought with me to share with family. This would have been more relaxing for us. Overall we still had a good day.

wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer, welches gerade an der Treppe, oberhalb der Rezeption war, es war kalt und laut. die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen.
